Webflow Ecommerce handover, without the support hangover.

Most post-launch support requests are the same handful of jobs: “how do I add a variant?”, “where’s the gift note?”, “how much did we sell?”. Here’s how agencies hand those jobs to Flowcommander instead of their inbox.

Handover day

A handover pack that fits on one screen.

Instead of a 30-page PDF on fulfilling orders in the Editor, hand over three things:

  1. Their Webflow login, for content and pages.
  2. Their Flowcommander login, for orders, products, stock and numbers.
  3. Help text on every CMS field, which shows up in Flowcommander’s editor.

Our guide to managing Webflow orders makes a good leave-behind too.

Questions, answered

How do I hand over a Webflow Ecommerce store to a client?

Transfer the site (or keep it in your Workspace), make sure the client has the right access, add help text to every CMS field, document fulfilment and refunds, and set up their payment provider in their name. A client-friendly back office like Flowcommander cuts most of the training.

Can clients fulfil orders without Webflow training?

Yes. In Flowcommander they pick a courier, paste the tracking number and fulfil. The tracking link is built automatically and saved before Webflow sends the “order shipped” email.

Can I still use the Webflow Editor?

Of course. Flowcommander writes to the same store, so your clients can still use Webflow for content and pages.
