Webflow ecommerce analytics

Webflow sales reports that actually report.

Webflow’s Orders tab gives you four totals. Flowcommander gives you a proper dashboard: net sales, orders, average order value and customers, each compared with the previous period, plus a sales chart, top products, top countries and new vs. returning customers.

Compare periods

“Is this good?” Now you’ll know.

A number on its own means nothing. Every headline figure sits next to the same-length period before it, so £4,200 this week reads as “up 12%” or “down 8%”, not just “£4,200”.

Breakdowns

What sold, where, and to whom.

See your top products, top countries, the order status breakdown (how much is still waiting to ship?) and new vs. returning customers. That’s the stuff you’d normally build a pivot table for.

And when an order lands, the live feed shows it straight away. Press ⌘K to jump to any order, product or customer.

Questions, answered

Does Webflow have sales reports?

A simple one. The Orders tab shows total orders, total sales, average order value and average order size. There’s no built-in comparison with a previous period, sales-over-time chart, top products or top countries view. Most owners export orders as CSV or set up GA4 ecommerce tracking for that.

What date ranges can I see in Flowcommander?

1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months and all time. Each headline number is compared with the previous period of the same length.

Where does the data come from?

Straight from your Webflow store’s orders through the official Webflow API. Nothing to install on your site and no tracking script.

Does it replace Google Analytics?

No. Flowcommander reports on orders: what sold, to whom, for how much. GA4 tells you about traffic and conversion. Bringing Google Analytics conversion data into Flowcommander is on the roadmap.

Can I get a weekly sales email?

Email summaries are on the roadmap. Today the dashboard and live order feed work on desktop and phone.
